Where We Ship We currently ship within Trinidad and Tobago only. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

Processing Times All pieces are handmade to order, so please allow time for your piece to be completed before it ships:

• Small custom pieces (keychains & ornaments): 3–5 days
• Large custom portraits (single & double Pet/wildlife portraits & galaxy canvases): 1–2 weeks

Ready-made items (in-stock paintings, journals, cards) are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times Once your order is handed off to our courier, please allow approximately 3–4 business days for delivery within T&T.

Order Tracking You will be contacted via the email or WhatsApp number provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
